About Phil Chalmers
Phil is a true-crime writer, a criminal profiler, and law enforcement and real estate agents trainer.
He has been researching homicide and interviewing offenders for over 35 years and is the author of several books, including “Inside the Mind of a Teen Killer” and “The Teen Killer Whisperer.” He has spoken with over 500 murderers, including teen killers, school shooters, mass murderers, and serial killers.
He has recently interviewed and researched those who have raped, kidnapped, or murdered real estate agents. He is also working on a book about violence in the real estate industry, how to prevent it, and marketing strategies and tools to help readers dominate the market.
