About Susanna Medrano
Susanna Medrano is a part of the legal industry and works for several national and local nonprofits organization. After 15 years in that industry, she changed her career path. At the beginning of 2013, she began to do some serious soul-searching and wanted to find a way that she could make the most impact in our current society.
During this time, she realized that one of the most significant decisions in a person's life is buying a home. She decided the best way to impact people's lives was to help families with their housing needs. In her first full year in the industry, she closed 45 transactions; in her second year, she led her firm in closed transactions, and in her third year, she formed a team. She has since led her team to nearly 1000 transactions closed yearly and continues to impact agents through her training and coaching skills.
