About Alejandro Szita

Alejandro Szita is the President of Prosperity Lending. He is a California-licensed real estate broker and mortgage professional, and he has been doing loans and real estate transactions in Southern California since 2005.

Growing up in Chile, Alejandro was always fascinated by finance, and at a young age, he went on a quest to find out how money works. He got to see firsthand what it takes to grow a creative enterprise thanks to his grandfather, a fashion designer who created the most prominent men’s clothing brand in the country. After studying economics at the University of Santiago, Alejandro gained work experience in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK before settling in Southern California.

Alejandro worked for over ten years as an agent under a prominent commercial and luxury real estate broker, where he became familiar with many different financial scenarios. He started his own business, focusing on real estate loans for business owners and creative entrepreneurs.
